Alternative
The Aspire alternative built in the UK
People look for an Aspire alternative for ordinary reasons: a job it does not cover, a price that moved, or a product that grew in a direction they did not. This page is the honest version for UK brands: what changes on Herd, what you give up, and how the move actually goes.
An enterprise influencer marketing platform for ecommerce brands, covering creator discovery, workflow, affiliate programmes and reporting. For a lot of people that is enough, and if it is enough for you there is no reason to move.
Herd is a UK product with three sides in one account. Creators run content, deals, contracts and invoices. Brands run campaigns, review content and pay creator invoices by card. Agencies run a roster with commission splits and white-label client portals. Herd costs £999/month for brands, billed in pounds. That breadth is the whole trade: Herd covers more of the week, and in a few places it covers it less thoroughly than Aspire does.
The rest of this page is the practical version: what lands in the same account when you switch, what you give up by leaving Aspire, what it costs in pounds, and the order to do the move in. There is no importer, so it is manual work, and that belongs above the pricing table rather than under it.
What changes when you switch
Each line below is something we could not find in Aspire's published feature list when we checked on 21 September 2026, or a difference in how the two are priced. On Herd they are part of the same account, which is the practical difference a switch makes.
Different on Herd
Quote-only pricing with an annual commitment, so you cannot see the cost before a sales call.
Not in Aspire
No creator-facing product, so creators do not have their own account with you.
Not in Aspire
No agency roster, commission split or payout model.
Not in Aspire
No Gmail or Outlook inbox and no in-app video meetings.
Not in Aspire
No GBP pricing.
In practice that means a campaign that carries the brief, the invited creators, the deliverables and the deadlines, content review instead of an approval thread in email, and a creator invoice you pay by card inside Herd. Herd has no audience-demographics database and no affiliate or sales attribution, so a discovery tool often stays.
What you would give up
A switch costs you something. These are Aspire's advantages, not ours, and any one of them can be a good reason to stay where you are.
- Established with large ecommerce brands, rated 4.8 on G2 across more than 120 reviews when we checked on 21 September 2026.
- Affiliate and ambassador programme tooling that Herd does not have.
- Creator discovery at a scale Herd does not attempt for brands.
- Content rights management and a creator marketplace.
Moving over
There is no importer. Herd cannot read an Aspire export, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it. Moving is manual, for most people an afternoon rather than a fortnight, and this is the order that leaves the fewest gaps.
Export what you can
Export creator records from Aspire as CSV and re-add the active ones in Herd.
Leave the affiliate programme where it is
Affiliate and ambassador programmes have no equivalent in Herd. Keep them where they are.
Re-create live campaigns
Re-create live campaigns in Herd with the brief, deliverables and deadlines.
Check the notice period
Check your Aspire contract end date before switching, as the commitment is annual.
What each one costs
Pricing is quote-only with no published tiers, and third-party listings put it at roughly $2,000 a month on an annual contract with no free trial. Aspire does not publish those figures in a form we could read directly, so they come from a third-party listing, last checked on 21 September 2026. Herd is priced in pounds and costs £999/month for brands, with 17% off when you pay for the year and a 14-day cooling-off period on every paid plan.

Campaigns
One campaign record both sides can see
A Herd campaign holds the brief, the creators, the deliverables and the dates, and the creator is looking at the same record from their own account. That is the part a discovery tool cannot do, because the creator is not in it.
- Briefs, creator invitations, deliverables and deadlines on one campaign.
- Content review with real statuses, instead of approvals buried in a reply-all thread.
- The creator answers inside the campaign, then invoices you through it.
Moving from Aspire
- No. Herd has no importer for Aspire. You rebuild the pages that matter, re-enter the live work, connect Stripe and leave finished work where it is. The steps on this page are the whole job.
- Yes, and for a month or two that is usually the sensible way to do it. Nothing in Herd depends on Aspire being switched off, so you can let a reporting cycle or a billing period finish before you cancel.
- Herd does not publish to LinkedIn or Pinterest, has no link-in-bio page, no affiliate link or sales attribution, no Shopify integration and no audience-demographics database of its own. Agencies get an external index of 300M+ public profiles; brands search the creators who are on Herd.
- Every figure was checked on 21 September 2026 against the source linked above. Prices and plan contents change, so read Aspire's own pricing page before you decide, and tell us at support@herduk.co.uk if something here is out of date.
